LEESER Architecture designed the Mercedes House South Lobby to be a simple, yet dramatic space that transforms the residents' daily routine into a dynamic sensory experience. Two lines of color shifting LEDs, a uniquely patterned terrazzo floor, diffuse, reflective glass and a dramatic sloped ceiling. A panoramic display of digital artwork is integrated into the custom millwork of the lobby, further enlivening the static surfaces.

LEESER Architecture also designed a sister lobby and a 30,000 sq ft fitness center, lounge, spa, and roof deck.
